On request from friends had posted this recipe long back. But reposting this now(after many months) with some pictures. A simple and easy desert without any stirring.
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 14 OZ
Evaporated Milk - 12 OZ
Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 pint(16 oz)
Pista powder ( for garnshing)
Mix all the ingredients except pista powder in a blender at full speed for 3 to 4 mts( or can reduce if the power is high. The required consistency should be creamy and frothy) and transfer in a flat bowl(a glass tray) and freeze. Add in depending on the size of the mixer or do it in batches( 2 or 3 times). After one hour take out and slice it into big squares and garnish with pista powder. Place it back in the freezer for another 3 or 4 hours.
Can also use a hand mixer and mix in low to medium speed.
A very best desert in summer and enjoyed by everyone.
You can also pour them in kulfi moulds/Popscile moulds and freeze. First sprinkle some pista powder inside and pour in, immerse the holder or sticks and freeze in atleast for 4 - 5 hours.
