Egg - 2 or 3
Onion - 1 big chopped fine
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato chilli sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Cilantro - few chopped fine
Corn flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Hard boil egg and remove shell...cut them lengthwise.. each egg into 6 or 8 long pieces.
Make a batter with corn flour , rice flour and little salt with very little water.
Dip the pieces in the batter and deep fry in oil...keep it aside
Method 2 :-
Hard boil egg and remove shell...crumble the eggs to very samll pieces using your hands...mix little salt . corn flour and rice flour...mix well....check if you can make as small balls or press hard to make one and drop them one by one in hot oil and deep fry...if the eggs are not crumbled well...chances are for it to pop in hot oil so make sure it is very smoothly crumbled. Deep fry and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry onions till light brown...next add ginger garlic paste and saute...now add chilli powder and the fried egg..mix lightly and add salt, soya sauce, cilantro and tomato chilli sauce( if you do not have tomato chilli sauce ..you can use just tomato sauce and increase your chilli powder by 1/2 tsp).
