0 PESARATTU(WHOLE MOONG DOSA)

Green whole moong - 2 cups
Jeera/cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Ginger- a very small piece
Green chillies - 4 or 5
Rice - 1 or 2 spoon tsp
Salt as needed
Onion a very few pieces( if needed)

Tempering:
Mustard seeds,ingu,curry leaves - all few
Wash Moong dhal and rice and soak for 4 - 5 hrs or over night and grind in a mixer with jeera, green chillies , ginger and little onion. Add salt.Season it with mustard seeds, curry leaves and ingu. Mix well... Heat a griddle/tawa...take a laddle full of batter pour and spread on the tawa...cook for 1 or 2 mts or till light brown... and turn to cook other side. Serve with any type of chutney's.
