0 NEI URUNDAI/GHEE OR SIMPLE LADDU

Family/Native special sweet...It is prepared regularly in my house and in native when sudden relatives/friends drop in during evenings.. they just make coffee or tea ...meanwhile in the side they are done preparing this delicious//simple sweet.

Pottu kadalai - 1 cup(also called as
Roasted dalia split/fried channa dhal)
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - one pinch

In a dry mixer powder sugar and fried channa dhal/pottu kadalai finely. If needed u can also sieve in a strainer for smoothness.
Take a mixing bowl add this powder and cardamom powder...mix well....melt ghee( need not be hot..just melting is enough)....now add ghee little at a time to the powder and mix... check if u can press and make balls...if u cannot, then add some more ghee....if u feel the ghee is more and cannot hold to make balls...then leave it aside for 5 minutes and try again...take some small qty...press and make balls..
The preparation time for this sweet is very easy and fast. Kids will love it.
