Green Mochai/Avarekalu/Fresh field Beans/Avarakka/Pachi Anumulu/Surti Papdi Lilva

Green mochai - 1 pack( or as needed)
Onion - 1 big chopped fine
Tomato - 2 chopped fine
Coconut milk or
coconut paste - 1 cup
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tbsp
Jeera powder - 1 tbsp

For tempering:-
Mustard seeds,urad dhal, curry leaves - all very few

Pressure cook the mochai for one whistle or in a microwave with a cup of water for 10 to 12 mts( check and cook for few more mts if needed).

In a kadai heat oil and fry onions till brown, add tomatoes and mash and cook very well...now add all the powders( U can substitute the powders with ur special home made curry powder)...saute and add the coconut milk or paste...cook for few mts...finally add the cooked mochai and salt and again cook for 5 mts...Season it with mustard seeds,urad dhal and curry leaves....Goes well with rice and also idli's.
